Terms and Conditions for Hollywood Hounds Resort, LLC. aka “HHR”

All dogs must be registered with HHR

Only dogs considered to be well socialized, who enjoy the company of other dogs and people, are suitable for joining HHR. Please note that not all dogs are suitable.

All dogs will be interviewed along with their owners.

Dogs with behavior or aggression issues will not be accepted.

All dogs over the age of 6 months must be spayed/neutered.

We do not walk the dogs unless medically necessary or for very specific boarders.

All dogs accepted must have an up-to-date vaccination certificate including ALL shots.

All dogs accepted are required to be wormed and de-ﬂead regularly. Any sign of either and they will not be accepted. Dogs in boarding that require treatment will receive it and owner will be billed for any necessary, related services.

In the unlikely event of your dog being involved in an accident or in an emergency, HHR will take your dog to the nearest emergency veterinary clinic. Owner will be responsible for all illness related veterinary visits, and certain accident visit of your dog is at fault. All incidents are documented in dogs personal files.

Boarding dogs that do not bring enough food to cover their stay will be fed nutritious house food, and will be billed at the rate of $5.00 per day ($5.00 covers all dogs you’ve brought for that stay)

Dogs in our care may wear our collars with our I.D. tag which are supplied by HHR.

Occasionally owners will be invoiced in advance for things like booking fees, required deposits, Special Discounted Pay-In-Advance stays, and weekly and monthly daycare passes. – payment is due on receipt of invoice.

Regular or returning clients MAY be billed after services, at a 50/50 for boarding, etc., payment is due on receipt of invoice.

Any balances not paid will be billed accordingly, payment is due upon receipt of invoice.

If no payment is received HHR reserves the right to refuse your dog and will contact you to inform you of this.

HHR will not accept responsibility for the death, injury or illness of your dog, as mentioned in the waiver required to be kept on file. You are strongly advised to insure your pet for all eventualities.

All male dogs must be neutered

HHR reserves the right to refuse, or terminate the contract of any dog or owner who displays aggressive, destructive or unreasonable behavior.

By leaving your dog with us, you do understand that the location is in the country and that we have critters up here such as snakes, lizards, gophers (that leave holes in the ground), mice, etc. By signing the hold harmless agreement and allowing your dog to stay with us, you are releasing Hollywood Hounds Resort, LLC from any and all liability should ANY type of accident occur. If you do not agree to this and/or do not sign the waiver, I’m sorry but we cannot keep your dog.

HHR Boarding Cancellation Policy :

Full CREDIT for future stays, minus the $50.00 per dog non-refundable booking fee, if cancelled at least 5 days prior to stay.

50% CREDIT for future stays, minus the $50.00 per dog non-refundable booking fee, if cancelled 0-4 days prior to stay.

Any booking fees paid for dogs that have arrived for their boarding stay, will be credited toward your final balance due at time of pick up. It is actually only a “fee” if you don’t show up. Otherwise, it becomes a deposit when you do.

There will be NO REFUNDS of any kind, we only offer credits.

HHR Daycare Cancellation Policy:

Each dog is allowed 5 cancellations per month, with no charge, for DAILY rate Daycare. Over 3 cancellations, will result in a $5 fee per occurrence. Half-Day Day Care is not eligible for any discounts.

Any questions, comments or concerns must be IMMEDIATELY brought to the attention of the staff.
